Clarity. Confidence. Growth.

You may be contemplating a career transition, questioning what comes next, or feeling the tension between where you are and where you want to be. Coaching with me isn't about being handed an answer. It's one-on-one work that gives you room to think out loud and arrive at your own.

What Coaching Is

History and context matter. This is a space

where you can bring your whole self.

Coaching is often confused with therapy, mentoring, or consulting. It isn't any of those. Coaching is a partnership built on the premise that you are the expert on your own life, and that the answers you need are usually closer than they feel.

What it is

A structured, confidential conversation focused on where you are now and where you want to go. I ask questions, listen closely, and reflect back what I notice. You do the deciding. As an ICF Associate Certified Coach, I practice to the ethical and professional standards set by the International Coaching Federation.

What it isn't

I'm not here to dig into your past, and I won't hand you a plan or tell you what I would do in your position. Coaching starts where you are now and moves forward.

What to expect

Sessions are one on one, virtual, and confidential, about 45 to 50 minutes. What you bring stays between us. In the time after, you carry the work into your actual life, which is where the change happens.

My Mission

I believe lasting clarity comes from having the space to hear yourself clearly and the ability to fully trust your own voice. My goal is that you leave our coaching conversations more practiced and confident in both.

Client Success Stories

Stories from professionals who found clarity and confidence through coaching.

"Like a lot of founders, I reached a stretch where the daily grind had pulled me away from the bigger reasons I started, and I could see my own headspace affecting how I led. I brought Leeza in to work on exactly that. What she gave me wasn’t motivation, it was method: a way to align the day-to-day pressure with the larger goals, and the discipline to act on it. I came back to work clearer, more engaged, and more useful to the people around me."
